To qualify for the Work Integrated Learning / In-Service Training Programme, applicants must:
Be students from registered institutions under the Department of Higher Education and Training.
Need Work Integrated Learning / In-Service Training to complete their qualifications.
Have completed all theoretical learning.
Submit a signed letter from the institution confirming that the student requires such learning.
Be from the Umzimvubu Local Municipality area of jurisdiction, including Mount Frere, KwaBhaca, Mount Ayliff and eMaxesibeni.
Attach proof of residence from a Ward Councillor.
All applications must be accompanied by the following documents:
Comprehensive Curriculum Vitae.
Certified copies of educational certificates.
Copy of South African Identity Document.
Proof of residence obtained from the Ward Councillor.
