Have Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification. A post-matric certificate or programme will be an advantage.

Applicants must also be South African citizens aged between 18 and 34 years.

Candidates must have strong mathematical skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team.

Applicants must also be computer literate and able to use MS Office programmes, especially Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.

Applicants must not have been permanently employed by one employer for more than one year.

Applicants must not be studying full-time during the employment year.

Applicants must also not have previously participated in or registered for the YES initiative.

Successful candidates will provide administrative and operational support to the department they are placed in.

Duties will include data capturing, record keeping, document management and maintaining accurate filing systems.

Candidates will also support team members with daily tasks, departmental projects, customer queries, supplier queries and internal stakeholder enquiries.

Other duties include participating in meetings, training sessions and workplace development activities.

Successful applicants will also assist with reports, schedules, departmental documents, inventory, assets, stock or resource management where applicable.

They will be expected to follow company policies, procedures and safety requirements while building professional skills through practical workplace learning and mentorship.
