Identify key columns used for updates (e.g. ID, Created_At, Updated_At)
Document any indexes associated with the table
Specify the SSIS solution/project name
Identify procedures used for post-SSIS inserts and updates
List any other procedures that reference this table
For each table in the Transform layer:
Identify the stored procedure that generates the table
Document the column list, including any derived/calculated fields
List all source tables used to generate the data
Identify any other procedures that reference this table

Use of a clear and consistent naming convention (e.g. PascalCase)
Proper header structure and documentation
