First National Bank (FNB) is inviting applications for the Future League Graduate Programme 2027.

FNB accepts Graduate Programme applications between March and August every year. This means applicants interested in the 2027 intake should apply before the end of August 2026.
FNB is a division of FirstRand Bank Limited, one of the largest financial services groups in Africa.
The bank is known for innovation and offers graduates an opportunity to gain real workplace experience, develop professional skills and build a long-term career in the financial services sector.
The FNB Future League Graduate Programme is designed to immerse graduates in the world of FNB from the beginning.
Successful graduates will participate in a structured induction, workplace exposure, training and innovation projects.
New graduates will start with a dedicated three-week Welcome induction programme.
During the induction, graduates will learn how the organisation works, meet managers, HR representatives and CEOs, and get introduced to workplace systems such as the intranet, payslips and employee benefits.

Graduates will then complete a six-month structured training programme.
Successful candidates will gain exposure to:

Networking with senior leaders, managers and the FNB graduate alumni community
Real day-to-day work experience in a business unit matched to the graduate’s degree
