Role Overview
Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) is committed to youth skills development by providing unemployed graduates with opportunities to gain practical work experience that complements their studies. The Internship Programme runs for a period of 24 months and offers structured workplace exposure within the public sector, helping graduates develop relevant skills and improve their future employment prospects.
Duration: 12 months contract
B Degree or equivalent in: Commerce or Business Management or Accounting or Law
A candidate must have at least Corporate Law or Entrepreneurial Law or Commercial Law or any equivalent subject from at least 2nd year Level.
Knowledge of the Business Rescue regime will be an added advantage.
Research as a subject will be an added advantage
Unemployed South African graduates from higher education institutions who have completed their degrees/diplomas.
Unemployed graduates who have not been exposed to work experience.
Unemployed graduates who have never participated in the Internship programme.
Applicants must be between ages of 18 to 35 years old.
Key Responsibilities
In this internship, you will be expected to learn and apply company processes, systems, and tools, complete assigned projects within specified deadlines, and maintain accurate records of your work and learning progress. You will support administrative functions and collaborate with colleagues across different departments to gain a well-rounded understanding of the organisation, while participating in training sessions and professional development activities.
