Thulamela Local Municipality invites suitably qualified unemployed graduates to apply for the Infrastructure Skills Development Grant (ISDG) Graduates Programme 2026.

Internship Location: Thohoyandou, Limpopo, South Africa

Thulamela Municipality, jointly with National Treasury, is offering a 3-year fixed-term graduate programme under the Infrastructure Skills Development Grant (ISDG).

The programme aims to provide unemployed graduates with practical workplace experience within the municipal infrastructure and planning environment.

B.Tech in Town and Regional Planning

Bachelor’s Degree in Town and Regional Planning

Be suitably qualified and unemployed

Be South African citizens with a valid SA ID

Have a valid Code 08 driver’s licence (added advantage)

Appointments will be made in line with Employment Equity principles.

Successful candidates will assist with:

Assessment of building plans and site development plans

Processing land development applications

Subdivision and consolidation processes

Township establishment processes
