As a Graduate, you will support user account administration and basic IT support activities. The role focuses on system access management, resolving login issues, and ensuring compliance with security and access control standards.

Create and manage user accounts in line with defined standards and procedures
Troubleshoot and resolve login issues after account creation
Handle errors such as duplicate usernames and access permission issues
Capture and verify user details accurately
