The successful candidate will gain exposure to various office administration and stakeholder management functions within the Office of the Regional General Manager (RGM).

Successful interns may perform the following duties:
Maintain and update document registers
Handle stakeholder queries and follow-ups
Perform office administration duties
Organise meetings and appointments
Draft and proofread emails and memos
Screen calls and incoming correspondence
Prepare reports and presentations
Assist with travel arrangements
Support small projects and events
Manage office supplies and inventory
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
