Role Overview

The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA), in partnership with the Mpumalanga Department of Public Works, Roads and Transport and Services SETA, invites South African unemployed youth to apply for the One Learner, One Property Practitioner Programme 2026.

Learnership Application Closing Date: 14 April 2026Learnership Location: Mpumalanga, South Africa

The One Learner, One Property Practitioner Programme 2026 aims to empower Previously Disadvantaged Individuals (PDIs), especially youth and women, by providing access to a structured pathway into the real estate industry.

A total of 200 participants will be selected to complete a 12-month learnership programme, leading to a recognised qualification and professional certification.

Successful learners will be enrolled in:

Further Education and Training Certificate in Real Estate (NQF Level 4)

Preparation for the PPRA Professional Designation Examination (PDE 4)

This programme equips participants to become Non-Principal Property Practitioners (NPPPs).

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Matric certificate or equivalent

Be a Previously Disadvantaged Individual (PDI)

Youth and women are strongly encouraged to apply

Must be based in Mpumalanga (verification will be conducted)

Certified Matric certificate or relevant qualifications
