During the programme, learners will be trained in:
Customer service on the shop floor
Basic English and Mathematics skills
Operating Point of Sale (POS) systems
Stock control and loss prevention
Understanding the retail environment
Have a Matric (Senior Certificate)
Be willing to learn and work in retail
