Harcourts South Africa is looking for ambitious and motivated individuals to join their team as Intern Real Estate Agents in the East Rand, Gauteng area.

Position: Intern Real Estate Agent

Location: East Rand, Gauteng (Remote/Field-Based)

Areas Preferred: Kempton Park, Boksburg, Benoni, and Germiston

Estimated Earnings: R10 000 – R40 000 per month (commission-based)

The successful candidates will market and sell properties while delivering excellent customer service. Harcourts SolidRock is looking for goal-driven individuals who are eager to learn every aspect of the real estate industry.

Intern agents will receive in-house training and mentorship to help them qualify as full-status property practitioners after successfully completing the required training and examinations.

Basic computer skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Good communication and people skills

The ability to work independently

Fluency in at least two South African languages

Prospect for new business through cold calling and marketing

Learn all legal aspects of real estate

Provide feedback and weekly updates to sellers

Perform personal branding and marketing activities

No previous real estate experience is required. Harcourts SolidRock provides full training through the Harcourts South Africa Academy.

After completing the internship and training programme successfully, candidates may write the examination with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) to qualify as full-status agents.

This is a commission-based position. There is no fixed salary or petrol allowance.

Agents earn commission on successfully registered property sales, with potential monthly earnings between:
