The Road Accident Fund is offering the Customer Experience Centre Internship to unemployed graduates who want to gain practical experience in claims administration and client support.
The internship will run for a period of 18 months.
A verification process will be undertaken to check whether applicants have previous work experience anywhere within South Africa.

This internship gives graduates practical exposure to claims investigation, evidence gathering, accident assessment and investigation reporting.
The programme is aimed at unemployed graduates between the ages of 18 and 25.
Tracing insured drivers and witnesses.
Drafting accident scene sketch plans.
Conducting inspections in loco.
Participating in the assessment process of investigations.
Identifying and escalating fraud and corruption cases.
Verifying attorney documentation.
Gathering evidence and recording statements correctly.
Preparing clear investigation reports.
