Applicants should meet the following requirements:

Must be between 18 and 25 years old

Must have recently completed Grade 12 / Matric

Must have a post-Matric qualification such as a Certificate, Diploma or equivalent

Must have no prior work experience

Must have good written and verbal communication skills in English

Must have strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Must have good numerical ability

Must have intermediate computer and MS Office skills

Must be eager to learn, grow and contribute

Must not have previously participated in the YES Programme
