The Clover Call Centre Learnership is designed to provide unemployed applicants with theoretical training and practical workplace experience.
Successful learners will work within Clover’s Customer Service Centre and gain exposure to:
Inbound and outbound customer interactions.
Order capturing and confirmation.
Customer account administration.
Teamwork and workplace communication.
The programme can help participants develop the skills required to work in call centres, customer-service departments, sales-support environments and administrative roles.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Have Grade 12 or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
Have completed Grade 12 between 2021 and 2025.
Have achieved an average of at least 55% in English.
Have achieved an average of at least 55% in Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy.
Have advanced computer-literacy skills.
Not have participated in a learnership programme before.
Applicants should ensure that their Grade 12 results clearly show the required marks in English and Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy.
