As a Chef at THE Pretoria Hotel, your responsibilities will include:

A National Certificate or Diploma in Professional Cookery, Culinary Arts, or a related qualification.

At least 2–3 years of experience as a Chef in a hotel, restaurant, or catering environment.

Good knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.

Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.

Experience in buffet, à la carte, banqueting, or conference catering (advantageous).

Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen.
