To qualify, applicants must meet the following:
Grade 12 National Certificate or Grade 12 Vocational qualification
Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-facing role
Previous client service experience in: Retail Banking Financial services
Ability to engage confidently with people
Clear understanding of personal goals and career aspirations
Ambition and eagerness to learn
Understanding of a bank branch environment
Familiarity with Capitec Bank products and processes
Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
Interpersonal and relationship management skills
