Buffalo City TVET College invites South African unemployed NCV Level 4 graduates to apply for the Work Integrated Learning (WIL) In-Service Training Programme 2026.

Internship Application Closing Date: 2 April 2026 at 14:00Internship Location: Eastern Cape, South Africa

Buffalo City TVET College is a public Technical and Vocational Education and Training institution in the Eastern Cape. The college focuses on equipping students with practical and industry-relevant skills to improve employability and support economic development.

The Work Integrated Learning (WIL) placement programme is designed to give unemployed graduates practical workplace experience, which is often required to complete their qualification and transition into employment.

This programme is especially important for NCV graduates who still need workplace exposure.

Total Positions Available: 16 learners

Target Group: Unemployed NCV Level 4 graduates from Buffalo City TVET College

You completed NCV Level 4 at Buffalo City TVET College

You are between 18 and 35 years old

You still require workplace experience to complete your studies

All NCV programmes are eligible except:

Engineering (excluding Mechatronics)

Applicants must submit the following:

Certified copy of South African ID (not older than 3 months)

Certified NCV Level 2 Certificate

Certified NCV Level 3 Certificate

Certified NCV Level 4 Certificate
