This on-site, full-time learnership is designed to equip participants with hands-on production experience in a world-class manufacturing environment, while developing workplace discipline, safety awareness, and teamwork skills.

As a Production Learner, you will report directly to the Production Foreman and play a key role in assembling tyres safely and efficiently during the learnership period. You’ll be trained to meet safety regulations, quality standards, and targeted cycle times.

Successful learners will be expected to:

Conduct risk assessments on equipment

Maintain 3S standards in the work area

Check that machine controls are in proper working order

Remove and return empty spools, trolleys, and rolls

Push reviewed raw covers into storage bays

Produce required targets under the programme scope

Mathematics (Pure Maths) and/or Physical Science
