Latest academic record, if currently studying, on the institution’s letterhead.

Proof of application or acceptance to an institution, on the institution’s letterhead.

Certified proof of parents or guardians household income.

Proof of income may include latest payslips if employed, an affidavit if unemployed, or proof of pension or grant if applicable.
