Advanced Certificate in Human Resources.
The internship will expose graduates to practical Human Resources functions such as recruitment support, employee administration, records management and organisational processes.
Successful applicants will gain practical workplace experience.
They will receive exposure to real organisational operations.

They will gain a better understanding of workplace expectations.
They may also build professional references and strengthen their CVs for future employment opportunities.
Successful interns will receive a monthly stipend of R6 000.
The stipend is intended to assist participants during the internship period.

The internship programme will run for 24 months.
Successful applicants will sign an internship agreement with ETDP SETA for the full duration of the programme.
