Role Overview
Transnet Rail Infrastructure Manager (TRIM) invites suitable, unemployed South African graduates between the ages of 18-35 to apply for a two-year graduate development programme, within various functional areas to be provided with both the institutionalised knowledge and on-the-job training to help you build a solid work experience to increase prospects of employability. The programme is structured and mentored for twenty-four months and candidates progress is assessed after every six months to ensure that the programme meets the expectations of both the candidate and TRIM.
This exciting opportunity is aimed at unemployed graduates from the Department of Higher Education & Training registered institutions i.e., Universities, Universities of Technology, with a Degree / Diploma qualification with a minimum NQF Level 6 and or above, with no prior work experience in their respective field of study.

Degree in HR / Industrial Psychology or equivalent
Degree in Data Science / Mathematical Science
B Psych/Industrial Psychology and registered with HPCSA as a Psychometrist
Key Responsibilities
In this internship, you will be expected to learn and apply company processes, systems, and tools, complete assigned projects within specified deadlines, and maintain accurate records of your work and learning progress. You will support administrative functions and collaborate with colleagues across different departments to gain a well-rounded understanding of the organisation, while participating in training sessions and professional development activities.
Entry Requirements
Strong communication skills in English and basic computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office are required for this role. A willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
