Role Overview

Tiger Brands invites South African students and graduates to apply for the Workplace Experience Student Programme 2026.

Programme Location: Isando, Gauteng, South Africa

Tiger Brands is offering a 12-month Workplace Experience opportunity within its Personal Care Team in Isando. The programme is designed to provide students and graduates with practical work exposure and industry experience in marketing and brand management.

Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience while supporting projects and learning from experienced professionals within one of South Africa’s leading FMCG companies.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related commercial field

Less than one year of full-time work experience in their field of study

Work authorisation in South Africa

Willingness to relocate to Isando if not currently based there

Applicants must attach the following documents:

Work Integrated Learning (WIL) requirement letter from institution

Support project work within the Personal Care Team

Assist with problem-solving and project coordination

Work with cross-functional teams on WIL projects

Support Brand Managers with consumer and shopper insight strategies

Assist in planning and managing promotional activities

Help manage purchase orders and budget tracking

Support category administration

Work with approved agencies to execute marketing deliverables
