This bursary is suitable for students who intend to become Chartered Accountants and are either studying or planning to study towards the appropriate SAICA-accredited degree.

Applicants must be committed to the CA(SA) career path and must meet PwC’s academic requirements.

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

Must intend to become a Chartered Accountant

Must be studying or intending to study the appropriate SAICA-accredited degree

Must study at a SAICA-accredited university

Must have Grade 12 with matric exemption and university acceptance

Must have Mathematics and English as subjects

Maths Literacy does not qualify

Must have a B symbol for Mathematics and English

Must have an average of 75% for all Grade 12 subjects

First and second year university students must have an overall average of 70%

Third and fourth year undergraduate university students must have an average of 65%

Must have strong communication skills

Must be a South African citizen or permanent resident

Applicants should not apply if they do not meet the minimum requirements.
