The following will serve as added advantages:
Certificate in Pension Funds Law
Attend to walk-in pension fund complaints
Assist with lodging new complaints
Draft and send correspondence to parties
Conduct investigations into complaints
Draft determinations according to workflow requirements
Maintain complaint files and records
Follow up on responses and undertakings
Save responses and documents on the Respond software system
Submit weekly and monthly statistics to team leaders
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to investigate and resolve complaints
