Provide daily administrative support to the HR team

Assist with payroll preparation (timesheet verification)

Support training sessions and staff wellness initiatives

Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour legislation

Assist with employee relations and disciplinary processes

To qualify, applicants must have:

Relevant Diploma (N6 Certificate) from a recognised TVET College

Basic understanding of labour legislation (e.g., BCEA, EEA, OHSA)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Good written and verbal communication skills

Experience with finance or payroll systems

High level of confidentiality and ethical conduct

Strong organisational and time management skills

Ability to multitask and prioritise
