The Mpumalanga Regional Training Trust (MRTT), in partnership with ETDP SETA Mpumalanga Province, invites suitably qualified graduates to apply for seven Graduate Internship Programme opportunities for 2026.

Internship Locations: Emalahleni and Mbombela, Mpumalanga, South Africa

The Mpumalanga Regional Training Trust is offering a 24-month internship programme funded in partnership with ETDP SETA.

The programme is aimed at graduates who need practical workplace exposure after completing a relevant Diploma, Degree or Advanced Diploma.

Successful participants are expected to commence the programme on:

National Senior Certificate / Grade 12.

National Diploma in a finance-related qualification at NQF Level 6.

Degree or Advanced Diploma in a Human Resources Management-related qualification at NQF Level 7.

Degree or Advanced Diploma in Legal Studies at NQF Level 7.

Providing support on legal matters.

Providing secretarial assistance to Board Committees.

Maintaining registers and filing systems.

Assisting with ad hoc company secretarial matters.

Facilitator/Assessor Certificate

Planning assessments according to assessment requirements.

Preparing learners for assessments.

Working within budget restrictions.

Applicants must hold an NQF Level 6 qualification in:

Identifying and updating risks.

Conducting basic risk assessments.

Supporting control reviews under supervision.

Assisting internal and external audit teams.

The MRTT Graduate Internship Programme runs for:
