Role Overview
Momentum Health invites South African unemployed youth to apply for the Contact Centre Learnership Programme 2026.
Learnership Application Closing Date: 23 April 2026Learnership Location: Bellville, Western Cape, South Africa
Momentum Health is offering a 12-month learnership programme designed to provide both theoretical training and practical workplace experience in the healthcare and insurance industry.
Upon successful completion, learners will receive an Occupational Certificate: Health Care Benefits Advisor (NQF Level 5, SAQA ID 105030).
Applicants must meet the following:
Mathematics (minimum 40%) or Mathematical Literacy (minimum 60%)
English and another South African language (minimum 50%)
Must be a South African citizen
Must be between 18 and 30 years old
Must not be studying during the programme
Must not have completed the same learnership before
Must live within 30km of Bellville (Parc Du Cap Office)
Must be able to commute independently
Attend classroom and workplace training sessions
Complete assessments and compile a portfolio of evidence
Maintain logbooks of workplace experience
Learn company systems, products, and procedures
Assist clients with queries and provide accurate information
Maintain high service standards
Build relationships with clients and stakeholders
Improve turnaround times and service delivery
Participate in workplace initiatives
Support innovation and improvement
Take ownership of personal development
Support cost-effective processes
Identify risks and escalate issues
Contribute to operational efficiency
Certified copy of ID (not older than 3 months)
Certified copy of Matric certificate

Key Responsibilities
