Gain exposure to CSIR financial policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
Capture projects and contracts in financial systems (PeopleSoft)
Generate invoices and assist with debtor follow-ups
Support financial reporting, including timesheets and expenditure reports
Process financial transactions and ensure compliance with regulations
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate financial records for audit purposes
Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes
Provide administrative support to finance teams
Participate in ad-hoc finance-related tasks
A 3-year Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and VAT
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and email)
Strong administrative and record-keeping skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
