Momentum Group is inviting applications for the YES Learnership: Technical Learning and Development 2026.

This opportunity forms part of Momentum Group’s Youth Development Strategy and is aligned with the Youth Employment Services (YES) initiative.

The programme offers unemployed youth a 12-month opportunity to gain workplace experience within Momentum Investments.

Successful candidates will qualify for a monthly stipend.

Applicants should have one or more of the following qualifications or study backgrounds:

Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design or Learning Sciences.

Certificate or Diploma in Adult Education or Facilitation.

Train-the-Trainer certification.

Educational Psychology or Curriculum Development courses.

Instructional Design or eLearning Development qualifications.

Multimedia Design or Digital Media, especially with a focus on learning.

Learning Experience Design or UX for Learning.

Game Design or Game Development, especially for interactive learning elements.

Successful candidates will gain exposure within the Momentum Investments Learning and Development team.

They must demonstrate willingness to learn, take initiative and apply feedback to improve performance.

Candidates will be expected to uphold Momentum Investments’ values and represent the organisation professionally.

They will also participate in opportunities to develop personal and professional skills, including communication, teamwork and problem-solving.

Applicants should have analytical skills and the ability to evaluate information, identify patterns and solve problems.

Business acumen is important, including the ability to understand and make sound judgments about different aspects of a business.

Good verbal and written communication skills are required.

Applicants should also be self-starters who are proactive and motivated to begin and complete tasks or projects.
