Assist with specimen dispatch and monitor courier progress
Interact professionally with medical staff and stakeholders
Maintain ethical and professional customer care standards
Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties
Prepare and maintain IT equipment according to SOPs
Ethical behaviour and confidentiality
Ability to work with distressed or nervous patients
Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) knowledge
