iTOO is recruiting 16 learners for a structured 12-month programme within its Operations environment, which includes Claims, Policy Servicing, Underwriting and Retentions.
The programme is designed to support previously disadvantaged South African youth by combining theoretical learning with practical workplace experience.
Successful candidates will work towards a nationally recognised Short-Term Insurance qualification at NQF Level 5 while gaining hands-on experience in a professional insurance environment.

The learnership provides participants with theoretical training and practical workplace experience in the insurance industry.
Learners will have an opportunity to:
