Role Overview
The Experian Analytics team develop quality analytics products and services, and deliver it to clients with quality, consistency and efficiency. We also provide professional and transparent advice and support to clients consuming our products and services.
The role of the Analytics Graduate is to manage the full product lifecycle of Experian’s analytics products and services. This includes, but are not limited to, consumer and commercial scores, attributes, analytics platforms and software, and custom analytics solutions. The Analytics Graduate will support the Product Manager with recurring product-operations and governance tasks. These tasks are core control points that protect product integrity, customer experience, commercial accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Client product interactions (technical and non-technical): product meetings/emails; explaining attributes and score interpretation; supporting migrations/onboarding of clients to new products and services; recommending attributes aligned to client policy rules
Knowledge and documentation controls: maintaining the Product Knowledge shared page (including collateral, list of online attributes, FAQs on our products)
Specification hygiene: maintaining client facing documentation to represent the latest available offerings and removing product options that are no longer utilised
Monthly auditing of client’s product selection and usage (includes reviewing clients current product selection and suggesting alterations and corrections that better suit the clients’ needs and market)
Management of the Salesforce CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) module includes logging requests and pricing updates; monitoring ticket movement; testing CPQ tasks once completed
Batch governance: auditing Analytics products used in batch (e.g. reviewing products utilised, replacing legacy products, suggestions of better suited alternatives) as well as recommending any process changes that would improve delivery time, accuracy, compliance standards and client satisfaction.
Commercial readiness: early involvement in Analytics pricing discussions to assist in creation of proposals which are shared internally and with clients.
Assist the Product Manager with future product designs, implementations, and Go-to-Market activities as required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as: Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering. (Preffered)
Understanding of APIs, Cloud computing, Programme / Change Management (Advantageous)
Product management course (Advantageous)
Accuracy and attention to detail
Managing Stakeholders across Business Units
Computer Skills (MS Office programs)
Good communication and influencing skills (verbal, written and presentation) across different audiences, including senior leadership
Exceptional collaboration and relationship building skills with colleagues and stakeholders across multiple markets
