Ekurhuleni West TVET College is recruiting candidates for three temporary internship and trainee opportunities.

Information Technology Internship Programme

The opportunities are based at the Boksburg Campus and Corporate Centre in Germiston.

The successful trainee will assist with:

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology.

The successful intern will gain exposure to:

Installing software and device drivers.

Identifying users’ technical needs.

Installing and configuring LAN and WAN networks.

Managing network configurations.

Testing computers and peripherals.

Upgrading operating systems and software.

Installing monitors, keyboards and printers.

Troubleshooting hardware and software problems.

Assisting users with technical issues.

Responding to support tickets and emails.

Installing and updating antivirus software.
