AVBOB, in partnership with INSETA, is offering a 12-month Long Term Insurance Learnership Programme.
The learnership is aimed at young South Africans who want to gain theoretical knowledge and practical workplace experience in the insurance sector.

Must have completed English as a Matric subject
Must have completed Mathematics, Mathematical Literacy or Accounting as a Matric subject
Must be between the ages of 18 and 35
Must not have attended any previous learnership
Must not be registered with another academic institution
Must not be engaged in any other studies
Must have a reliable mode of transport
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be able to work independently
Must be able to show initiative
