Screening, classifying and recording documents
Coordinating meetings and departmental functions
Ensuring proper filing and record management
Performing ad-hoc administrative duties as required
National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields: Administrative Management Business Administration Business Management Commerce Communication Sciences Human Resources Management Information Technology LLB Logistics Marketing Office Administration / Management Organisational Psychology Public Administration / Management Supply Chain Management Related qualifications

Employment Equity candidates will be prioritised in line with the SACAA Employment Equity Plan.
Successful candidates will be subjected to security vetting in terms of Section 98 of the Civil Aviation Act, 13 of 2009.
