The Industrial and Organisational Psychology internship gives aspiring Industrial and Organisational Psychologists an opportunity to gain practical, industry-relevant experience in a dynamic Pan-African banking environment.

Interns will work alongside experienced professionals and mentors while contributing to meaningful projects within the organisation.

The internship programme includes six domains:

Human Resource or Personnel Psychology.

Career Psychology and Employee Wellness or Wellbeing.

One supervisor will be an internal senior Industrial Psychologist within Absa.
