The Industrial and Organisational Psychology internship gives aspiring Industrial and Organisational Psychologists an opportunity to gain practical, industry-relevant experience in a dynamic Pan-African banking environment.
Interns will work alongside experienced professionals and mentors while contributing to meaningful projects within the organisation.

The internship programme includes six domains:
Human Resource or Personnel Psychology.
Career Psychology and Employee Wellness or Wellbeing.
Interns are required to complete 260 days of the programme.

Interns will be assigned two supervisors.
One supervisor will be an internal senior Industrial Psychologist within Absa.
The second supervisor will be an external Industrial Psychologist from a recognised academic institution.
