Assist with onboarding processes
Conduct pre-employment screening
Support payroll and employee benefits processes
Maintain HR records and databases
Organise meetings and HR events
Assist with training programmes
Support employee development initiatives
Assist with HR-related employee matters
Support workplace engagement initiatives
Assist with HR projects (e.g., wellness and performance management programmes)
Ensure compliance with policies and HR standards
Follow ISO and best practice guidelines
National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in: Human Resources Management Human Resources Development Or related qualification
No prior work experience required
Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA)
