Key Responsibilities
Participants are expected to participate actively in both classroom and on-the-job learning activities, ensuring all programme requirements are met to achieve the nationally recognised qualification. As a learner, your responsibilities will include attending all scheduled theoretical training sessions and completing coursework on time, and applying learned concepts in the workplace under mentor guidance.
Entry Requirements
• Applicants must meet the following criteria:
• Must have a Grade 12 Matric certificate
• Must have passed English
• Must have passed either Mathematics, Mathematical Literacy, or Accounting
• Must be between 18 and 35 years old
• Must not have attended any previous learnership
• Must not be registered for any other qualification or studies
• Must be a South African citizen
• The following competencies are advantageous but not compulsory:
• Computer skills, including MS Office, email, and the internet.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and show initiative.
