If you are a high-performing matriculant with a strong passion for Mathematics, Science, Technology, or Engineering, and you already have confirmed acceptance at a South African university for 2026, this opportunity is for you. The East London Industrial Development Zone (ELIDZ) is inviting eligible learners to apply for the ELIDZ Bursary Programme for the 2026 academic year. This bursary targets academically strong students from the Eastern Cape who are ready to enter scarce-skills fields that directly contribute to South Africa’s industrial and economic development.
