Pepkor Lifestyle is looking for graduates with a degree or diploma in the following fields:
Business Management or Business Administration.
Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology.
Bachelor of Laws, BCom Law or BCom Risk Management.
BSc or BCom Software Engineering.
Logistics and Supply Chain Management N6.
IT Project Administration or Project Management.
IT Information Systems or Business Information Technology N6.
TVET College and Higher Education Institution graduates who need to complete 18 months of practical workplace training may also apply.
Applicants must be suitably qualified from an accredited university or tertiary institution.
Applicants must be South African citizens with a valid South African ID.
Applicants must be under the age of 32.

They may also perform research and document trends within the company’s various functions, including new technologies, best practices and business improvements.
Graduates may visit different locations and stores to gain hands-on working experience.
They may also be required to make presentations as part of their evaluation.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned to help achieve business objectives.
